30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your item, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchased product price. Please note that while the product refund is provided in full, the shipping costs for returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer. Returns will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please note that the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition to be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item due to sizing issues, we're happy to help! Due to the nature of our small business, exchanges are subject to availability of the desired size. Please contact us via email at larissamercer@shoplapalm.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange process.
Damaged Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at larissamercer@shoplapalm.com with a photo of the damaged product within 14 days of receiving your order. We will issue a full refund once the item is confirmed to be damaged and start the process of the item being returned.
